Winter Nettle Spritz
Fresh, herbal and quietly festive. Think winter sunshine rather than heavy spice.
You’ll need
- 50ml Thorncroft Wild Nettle Cordial
- 35ml London Dry gin
- Fresh lime juice, just a squeeze
- Chilled soda water
- Ice
How to serve
Fill a short tumbler with plenty of ice. Add the Wild Nettle Cordial and gin, then squeeze in a little fresh lime to lift the botanicals. Top with chilled soda water and gently stir. Garnish with fresh mint or a sprig of rosemary for a subtle festive touch.
Festive tip
For a more celebratory feel on Christmas Day, swap the soda water for a dry English sparkling wine. Still light and fresh, with a little extra sparkle for the occasion.
