Christmas Cocktails
Festive Bloody Mary
Ingredients
60 ml Whisky
5 ml Sherry
80ml Big Tom Juice
1 pinch Celery salt
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1 Star Anise
2 Cloves
5 grinds of black pepper
Celery stick / pearl onions / cinnamon stick / celery salt to garnish optional
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, give it a shake and serve in a chilled glass with a stick of celery and a cinnamon stick.
Spiced Apple and Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients
50 ml Spiced Rum
100 ml Apple and Ginger Juice
2 Dashes Angostura® Bitters (Optional)
1 Lime Wedges (Optional)
Add all the ingredients to a chilled glass, stir, and garnish with a wedge of lime.
