We aim for Next Day delivery for orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday. Tracking should be sent as part of the order confirmation.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for more details on how to initiate a return.

It's never about the mistake...

I am a big fan of the James White range of drinks. I love the packaging, the presentation and of course, the taste. There is also the prompt delivery. For the first time, my last order was in part damaged, meaning bottles were missing and there were breakages affecting 2 orders. This was not James Whites' fault but with the courier service but once they were made aware, James White staff dealt with it very promptly. Without quibble new orders were sent to me to cover the loss - impressive and many thanks to them. James White is a company I genuinely would recommend for a high quality product and customer service.

Thorncroft selection great taste natural products.

Love the taste, add mine to Sage in fizz for a sparkling fresh drink that benefits my health rather than the junk that is detrimental. Highly recommend for a range of great flavours.

What a surprise

First time trying the cordials, originally looking for the rosehip syrup which I always drank as a child. Decided to try the others and found the follwoing.
The Nettle was tastey although very mild.
The Liquorice was great for taste and flavour, although I do not like Liquorice in this mix it has a mellow taste.
The Ginger and Elderflower are grat summer days thirst quenchers.
The Rosehip was of course the best for me with the autum sweetness and smooth taste.

So tasty and refreshing, I really love the nettle cordial which surprised me so obviously I will be ordering more, still trying all the others so will let you know. Thank you for such a tasty drink. Makes drinking the 8 pints of water a day much nicer.
