6 minute PB!

I took this daily a week in advance going up to a half Marathon race..noticed the difference almost straight away and felt aerobicly fitter

Took my last shot 3 hours before my race and crunched my PB by 6 minutes! Felt great all the way round the course and can honestly say beet it had a helping hand in that

Beet It Sport Nitrate 400 shot delivers 400mg of dietary nitrate in a pocket-sized 70ml shot, derived solely from concentrated beetroot juice. Our Beet It Sport Nitrate 400 shot has been scientifically shown to be the only concentrated beetroot juice product on the market to consistently contain an adequate dose of dietary nitrate per serving (400mg per 70ml).

Suggested use
Consume 1 or 2 shots one to three hours before training and up to six days before competition.
